How to use

Place the dehydrator on a stable, heat-resistant surface and insert the trays with prepared food evenly across the tray surfaces. Set the temperature using the knob (35–75 °C) and select a preset program if appropriate, or use the timer with the quick-setting mode. The Horizontal Air Flow system and integrated fan ensure uniform drying; rotating trays is not required. Monitor progress through the transparent door and trays and allow the unit to complete the cycle, at which point the electronic timer will switch the dehydrator off automatically.

Usage recommendations

For best results, slice produce uniformly and avoid overlapping items on the trays to ensure even airflow. Use the raw food tray when preparing items that require food-safety separation. Allow dried products to cool before storing in airtight containers in a cool, dark place.
