Place the deep fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and fill the inner pot with oil up to the recommended level. Preheat the fryer using the mechanical thermostat to the required temperature between 130 °C and 190 °C; the indicator light signals when the set temperature is reached. Carefully place the food in the chrome-plated frying basket and lower it into the hot oil using the removable basket handle.
