How to use

Attach the supplied brush head to the toothbrush body, wet the bristles, apply toothpaste and select the desired program (Clean or Sensitive). Turn on the toothbrush and guide the brush across teeth, allowing the Quadpacer to signal when to move between the four 30-second quadrants.
