How to use

Fill the boiler with the required amount of water and place jars on the included 31.1 cm rack, ensuring jars do not touch the heating element. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature between 30°C and 100°C and select either the timer (20 minutes–2 hours) or continuous keep-warm mode. The appliance will signal when the target temperature is reached. After processing, switch off the unit, allow jars to cool slightly and remove using appropriate tools to avoid burns. Clean the stainless-steel interior after use.
