Sencor SRM 1000SS is a 1-litre stainless steel rice cooker designed for steam-based cooking. It offers fully automated operation with an automatic shut-off and a keep-warm function, and is suitable for preparing all types of rice, including sushi rice. The unit includes a glass lid with a steam vent, anti-slip feet and comes with a rice spatula and a measuring cup for rice and water.
The rice cooker uses a steam cooking principle to deliver consistent results and preserves rice texture. Stainless steel outer body provides durability and an easy-to-clean surface. Automatic shut-off and a keep-warm function simplify use and help maintain the cooked rice at serving temperature for up to 6 hours. Compact dimensions and low weight make it easy to store and move.
With a 1 litre capacity this cooker is intended for small batches and may not meet the needs of larger families or gatherings. The 400 W power rating and compact design mean longer cooking times compared with high-power, larger-capacity multicookers.
Measure rice and water using the supplied measuring cup according to the rice type, place rice and water into the inner cooking bowl, close the glass lid, and start the automatic cooking function. Use the supplied rice spatula to fluff and serve the rice. Clean the outer body and lid after cooling; follow any manufacturer care instructions for the inner bowl.
Use the supplied measuring cup and spatula for best results. Allow rice to rest briefly after cooking in keep-warm mode before serving to improve texture. Ensure the steam vent on the glass lid is not obstructed during operation.
