How to use

Fit the required attachment into the bayonet mounting and lock the tilt-out arm into the top position before operation. Use the transparent lid with feed tube to add ingredients while processing. Select the appropriate speed level or use Pulse for short bursts; start at low speed for delicate tasks and increase as needed. For meat grinding or sausage making, assemble the grinder plates and stuffer tube with the chosen diameter, feed the prepared meat through the feed tube and collect the product in a container.
