The Sencor SWS 25 WS is a compact digital weather station designed to display indoor and outdoor temperatures with selectable 12/24 hour time format. It supports one external wireless sensor using 433 MHz RF and shows outdoor temperature trends, current indoor and outdoor readings, and records of minimum and maximum temperatures. The main unit is powered by 2 × AAA batteries and the transmitter requires 2 × AA batteries (batteries not included).

How to use

Install two AAA batteries into the main unit and two AA batteries into the wireless transmitter. Place the transmitter outdoors within line of sight of the main unit and within the specified 30 m open-area range. Set the display to 12/24 hour format if needed and read current indoor and outdoor temperatures on the screen. Use the MIN/MAX function to view recorded extreme temperatures and observe the outdoor trend indicator for recent changes.

Usage recommendations

Place the transmitter in a sheltered but ventilated outdoor location away from direct sunlight and precipitation to obtain representative outdoor temperature readings. Avoid large metal obstructions between the transmitter and main unit to maintain reliable wireless communication.
