Designed specifically for children aged 5 years and older, this arts and crafts set allows kids to explore the world of 3D crafting by pouring plaster into a detailed latex mould and then painting the resulting dinosaur figurines. The set supports the development of fine motor skills, patience, and artistic expression through a structured crafting process.

Advantages

The inclusion of bright paint cups with good coverage allows children to fully personalise their T-rex figurines. The detailed latex mould ensures crisp and realistic shapes, while the included plastic holders keep the mould stable during the casting process. Manufactured to meet strict European safety standards, the components are safe for children within the recommended age group.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be suitable for children under the age of 5 due to small parts and the need for adult supervision during the plaster mixing process. It is also not recommended for children who dislike messy activities or wait times required for plaster to dry and harden completely.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure the child meets the minimum age requirement of 5 years
• Provide adult supervision during the plaster mixing and pouring stages
• Allow adequate drying time for the plaster before painting
• Prepare a protected work surface to manage potential mess during crafting

Usage recommendations

For the best results, mix the plaster carefully to avoid air bubbles and ensure the mould is fully secured in the plastic holders before pouring. Allow the cast figures to dry completely in a well-ventilated area before starting the painting phase.
