ShiverPeaks USB-A to RJ45 LAN Adapter Cable 1 Gbit/s, USB Type A to Ethernet, Aluminum Jacket, Black, 10 m
The ShiverPeaks USB-A to RJ45 LAN Adapter Cable provides a wired Gigabit Ethernet connection for devices with a USB Type-A port. With support for up to 1 Gbit/s throughput and a 10 m length, this adapter cable is designed to deliver stable network access for laptops, desktops, media players and other USB-A equipped devices. The cable features an aluminum jacket and a black finish to improve mechanical durability and provide additional shielding against electromagnetic interference.
This USB Type A to Ethernet cable offers plug-and-play connectivity that typically requires no additional drivers on modern operating systems, enabling fast setup of a wired network. The 1 Gbit/s capacity supports high-bandwidth tasks such as file transfers, video streaming and online conferencing. The aluminum jacket increases physical robustness and helps reduce signal noise, while the 10 m length allows flexibility in device placement relative to network outlets.
This adapter cable requires a host device with a USB Type-A port that supports USB networking. It may not be suitable for devices with only USB-C ports unless a compatible USB-C to USB-A adapter is used. The cable provides up to 1 Gbit/s throughput and is not intended for multi-gigabit network environments where higher-than-1 Gbit/s throughput is required.
Plug the USB-A connector into an available USB Type-A port on your host device and insert the RJ45 plug into a network port or wall socket connected to your LAN. Most modern operating systems will recognize the adapter and configure network settings automatically; if necessary, check network settings or install manufacturer drivers per your system requirements. Position the cable to avoid sharp bends and protect connections from physical strain to maintain signal quality.
Use the cable for applications that benefit from a stable wired connection such as streaming, large file transfers or conferencing; avoid excessive bending near the connectors and maintain physical clearance around network ports for reliable long-term operation.
