Siemens iQ300 ET645FFN1E hob 4 zones Touch control
The Siemens iQ300 ET645FFN1E hob 4 zones Touch control is a built-in 60 cm ceramic hob designed for standard kitchen installations. It provides four cooking zones with varied power levels — a simmer zone at 1200 W, a regular zone at 2000 W and a large zone at 2100 W — and supports a maximum connected load of 7000 W. The touch control panel is positioned at the top front for straightforward operation. The hob operates from a 220–240 V AC supply at 50–60 Hz and features a sleek black surface with low 48 mm installation height to fit into compact countertop openings.
The ceramic surface offers easy cleaning and a uniform appearance that integrates with modern kitchen designs. Touch controls at the top front allow precise, intuitive setting of heat levels and the boost function for faster heating when required. Safety features include a child lock and residual heat indicators for each zone, helping to reduce accident risk and to signal when zones are still hot. The combination of multiple zone sizes and power ratings supports flexible pan placement and efficient heat distribution for everyday cooking tasks.
Install the hob into a compatible 560 x 490 x 48 mm cut-out following the manufacturer’s installation instructions and ensure correct electrical connection to a 220–240 V, 50–60 Hz supply by a qualified electrician. To operate, place cookware on the desired cooking zone, use the touch control at the top front to select the zone and adjust power levels or activate the boost function for rapid heating. The control panel responds to touch inputs for setting and changing temperatures, and the residual heat indicators will show when a zone remains hot after use. Engage the child lock when cleaning or when children are present to prevent unintended activation.
Use flat-bottomed, smooth cookware suited for ceramic hobs to ensure even heating and to avoid scratches. Clean spills as soon as the surface has cooled using appropriate ceramic-hob cleaners and a soft cloth. Rely on the residual heat indicators to determine when it is safe to touch or clean the surface, and use the child lock when the hob is not in active use.
