Insert A4 sheets into the transparent pocket so they lie flat against the plastic. Align the pocket with the screw post holes of the menu folder and secure it using the folder's screw posts. Each pocket accepts one sheet on each side; for double-sided presentation, place documents on both faces. Close the folder and check that pages turn freely without catching.
