Screwdriver bit set Silver 40 pieces, includes TORX bits (model 10631)

Silver 40-piece screwdriver bit set (model 10631) contains a comprehensive selection of TORX bits intended for tightening and loosening TORX-head fasteners. The compact assortment covers multiple TORX sizes commonly used in electronics, household appliances, furniture assembly and automotive trim. Bits are compatible with manual bit drivers, powered screwdrivers and quick-change chucks, offering a practical solution for general repair, assembly and maintenance tasks.

Advantages

The set groups 40 TORX bits in a compact organizer that saves workspace and keeps bits visible and accessible. Each bit is produced to provide consistent fit in TORX fasteners, reducing cam-out and fastener damage when used with appropriate torque. Compatibility with manual and powered drivers makes the set flexible for both precision electronic work and higher-torque household or automotive tasks. The organizer layout supports quick selection and orderly storage.

Suitable for

• Repair and maintenance of electronic devices and small appliances
• Furniture assembly and disassembly that uses TORX fasteners
• Automotive interior and trim fastening tasks
• General DIY projects requiring a range of TORX sizes

Key specifications

• Contents: 40 TORX bits in a compact organizer
• Bit type: TORX geometry for recessed star-head fasteners
• Compatibility: designed for use with manual bit holders, powered drivers and quick-change chucks
• Material and finish: hardened steel bits (standard for general-purpose screwdriver bits)
• Organizer: space-saving case with labeled positions for each bit

How to use

Select the TORX bit that matches the fastener size and insert it fully into the bit holder or chuck. For manual work, use a compatible bit driver and apply steady torque while keeping the bit aligned with the fastener axis. For powered drivers, set an appropriate torque or use short bursts to avoid over-tightening and inspect the fit to prevent cam-out. After use, return bits to their labeled slots in the organizer to maintain order and protect bit tips.

Usage recommendations

Use the correct TORX size to reduce wear and avoid damaging fastener heads. For delicate electronics, use manual drivers or low-torque settings. For higher-torque applications, ensure the bit is fully seated and use appropriate torque control on powered tools. Store the set in a dry place to prevent corrosion and check bits for wear before precision jobs.
