How to use

Connect the BD380 to a suitable DC power source within the 3–30 V range, then attach the LiPo battery pack using the XT60 interface. Select the desired discharge mode and set parameters such as current, resistance, power or target voltage using the device menu or companion app. Start the discharge cycle and monitor real-time voltage, current and accumulated capacity on the display or via PC/smartphone software. After completion the unit will stop automatically according to set cut-off conditions and record results for review or export.

Usage recommendations

Use within the specified operating temperature and humidity ranges and ensure the DC supply can provide stable voltage and current. Do not exceed the rated connection guidelines for the XT60 interface and inspect battery leads and connectors before each test. For extended or repeated high-current sessions allow adequate cooling intervals and monitor fan operation; export discharge logs to review battery aging or to compare cells under consistent test settings.
