The SmallRig 1124 is a compact camera mounting accessory constructed from lightweight aluminium alloy for stable support of camera equipment. It accepts 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded connections and includes a detachable articulating arm with a 1/4" camera hot shoe mount and swivel ball head providing 360° articulation. The clamp opens to a maximum of 54 mm and fits down to 15 mm, and the unit is rated to support up to 3 kg.

How to use

Open the clamp to fit around the desired surface (15–54 mm) and tighten the knob to secure the mount. Attach your camera or accessory using the 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 thread. Use the removable articulating arm and swivel ball head to set the desired angle, then lock the ball head. To convert to a cold shoe clamp mount, remove the articulating arm and replace it with the cold shoe accessory.

Usage recommendations

Do not exceed the 3 kg load limit and ensure the clamped surface provides a secure hold. Check threaded connections and locking knobs before each use. Avoid mounting on unstable or thin surfaces that may deform under pressure.
