Magnetic impact bit holder 1/4" 60 mm Smart 29-U060 for screwdriver bits
Magnetic impact bit holder 1/4" 60 mm Smart 29-U060 for screwdriver bits
Magnetic impact bit holder Smart 29-U060, 1/4" hex shank with a 60 mm working length, is engineered for use with screwdriver bits and impact drivers. The holder secures bits with an internal magnet and is built to withstand the high torque and repeated shock loads produced by impact tools. Its compact design provides extended reach in confined spaces while keeping bit changes quick and reliable during assembly, maintenance and fastening operations.
The magnetic coupling retains screwdriver bits firmly during impact driving, reducing bit wobble and accidental drops. The 1/4" hex shank is compatible with standard quick-change chucks and impact driver collets. With a 60 mm working length, the holder balances reach and control for access into recessed or narrow fasteners. The construction resists the torsional stresses of impact tools to provide consistent bit retention over repeated use.
Insert a compatible 1/4" screwdriver bit into the holder until the magnet secures it. Fit the 1/4" hex shank into the driver’s chuck or quick-change adaptor. Apply steady pressure and operate the impact driver at appropriate torque settings for the fastener and material. To remove or change the bit, pull it straight out from the holder; the magnetic retention will hold the bit until intentionally released. Inspect the holder and bit for wear or damage before use and replace if retention or fit is compromised.
Use with impact-rated bits and maintain moderate torque settings when starting fasteners to avoid cam-out; periodically check the magnetic retention and replace the holder if it shows excessive wear or deformation.
