Hand Riveter Smart365 200 mm for Blind Rivets 2.4–4.8 mm
Hand Riveter Smart365 200 mm for Blind Rivets 2.4–4.8 mm
Hand Riveter Smart365 200 mm for Blind Rivets 2.4–4.8 mm is a manual fastening tool designed to set blind (pop) rivets with diameters from 2.4 mm up to 4.8 mm. With a 200 mm handle length and interchangeable nosepieces, this Smart365 riveter provides the mechanical leverage necessary for light to medium fastening tasks in thin sheet metal, plastic panels and similar materials. The tool is intended for occasional professional use and DIY repair or assembly work where secure, permanent blind rivet joints are required.
The riveter features an ergonomic handle that improves grip and reduces hand fatigue during repetitive work. Interchangeable nosepieces allow quick adaptation to rivet sizes within the supported range without using additional tools. The 200 mm handle length increases leverage for easier insertion and set of rivets up to 4.8 mm diameter. The unit is compact and portable, making it convenient for on-site repairs and assembly tasks.
Choose the nosepiece matching the rivet diameter and secure it in the riveter. Insert the blind rivet into the nosepiece and place the rivet body through the prepared hole in the workpieces. Squeeze the handles evenly until the mandrel snaps and the rivet body compresses to form the blind head. Release the handles and remove the spent mandrel. For best results, ensure hole diameter matches the rivet size and clamp workpieces to prevent movement during setting.
Use rivets within the specified diameter range and check the riveter’s nosepieces periodically for wear. For thicker or harder materials, consider stepwise clamping and verify access for the nosepiece and mandrel removal. Store the tool dry and clean; occasional lubrication of pivot points will maintain smooth operation.
