Tabletop blender Smeg BLC01WHMEU Aluminium White
The Smeg BLC01WHMEU aluminium white tabletop blender is a high-performance appliance designed to combine ingredients of different textures quickly and consistently. Equipped with a 1400 W motor, stainless steel blades and a Tritan blending jug, it delivers up to 22,000 RPM for smoothies, soups, nut butters and ice-crushed drinks. The control knob with an LCD shows selected speed, manual count-up and automatic programme count-down for clear operation.
The blender includes dedicated automatic programmes (Smoothie, Green Smoothie, Frozen Dessert, Ice Crush) and also supports Single and Family serve modes to adapt portion sizes. A Pulse function allows precise control of blending duration and texture. The Autoclean preset simplifies cleaning after use. An optional vacuum pump (standard with some models) reduces oxidation in the jug to preserve colour, taste and nutrients. Practical accessories — a tamper, spatula and cleaning brush — facilitate processing and maintenance.
Place ingredients into the Tritan jug, secure the lid and select an automatic programme or use the step speed control with the LCD-equipped knob to set the desired speed. For short bursts or to refine texture, use the Pulse function. Use Single or Family serve mode to match the portion to your needs. If using the vacuum pump accessory, follow the pump instructions to remove air from the jug before blending to reduce oxidation. After use, run the Autoclean programme or add warm water and a drop of detergent and blend briefly, then rinse.
To protect the motor and blades, avoid overfilling the jug and consult the manual for recommended maximum ingredient sizes. Use the tamper for thick mixtures and allow hot liquids to cool slightly before blending to avoid pressure build-up.
