Condenser Cleaner Softlan Cleanairix HI-Pro 1L ready-to-use
Ready-to-use Cleanairix HI-Pro Condenser Cleaner by Softlan in a 1 L format is formulated for direct application on condensers and heat-exchange surfaces. This pre-diluted solution targets grease, dust and common residues that accumulate in HVAC and refrigeration condensers, helping to restore heat transfer efficiency and reduce the risk of buildup that can impair cooling performance. The product is intended for routine maintenance of residential and light-commercial cooling equipment and is supplied in a convenient one-litre ready-to-use container.
Cleanairix HI-Pro is supplied ready to use, removing the need for on-site dilution and minimizing handling time. The formulation is designed to break down and lift grease and particulate deposits from fins and coil surfaces without mechanical abrasion. Using a liquid cleaner reduces downtime compared with manual scraping and supports stable heat exchange by helping to maintain cleaner condenser surfaces. The product is suitable for use on typical condenser materials encountered in household and light-commercial systems.
Before application, ensure electrical equipment is switched off and any fans are isolated according to safety procedures. Apply the ready-to-use cleaner directly to condenser coils and fins using an appropriate low-pressure sprayer or similar applicator so that the solution wets the soiled surfaces. Allow the product to act for a short dwell time to loosen grease and residues, then rinse thoroughly with water to remove dissolved contaminants and any remaining product. For heavily soiled areas, repeat application as necessary. Follow local safety guidance and manufacturer instructions for the equipment being serviced.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection when handling the cleaner. Avoid application on hot surfaces or during operation; allow equipment to cool and isolate power before cleaning. Dispose of rinse water in accordance with local regulations and avoid contaminating drains where prohibited. Test on a small inconspicuous area if material compatibility is uncertain.
