Cable Assembly Tool Accessory Greenlee PA4575
The Greenlee PA4575 Cable Assembly Tool Accessory is a compact tool accessory designed to assist with terminating and handling small-gauge cable during assembly. Constructed with a textured black cushion grip molded to the shape of the hand, it offers a non-slip hold and a cushioned heel for palm comfort. The tool accommodates 28–22 AWG (0.08–0.34 mm²) solid or stranded wire and uses twist-and-lock style blades; it also includes a latch-cover blade storage area at the end of the handle and lanyard holes for secure attachment.
The molded cushion grip and cushioned heel reduce hand fatigue and provide a secure, non-slip hold. Increased HI/LO impact force (LO = 30 lbs / 133 N, HI = 40 lbs / 178 N) meets the demands of newer cable types and AWG sizes. Twist-and-lock blades enable reliable blade engagement and the built-in latch cover stores blades safely in the handle end. Lanyard holes allow the accessory to be tethered during work.
Hold the accessory by the molded cushion grip so the cushioned heel rests in the palm. Insert the appropriate wire (28–22 AWG, solid or stranded) and engage the twist-and-lock blade according to the blade design. Apply force within the specified HI/LO impact ratings (LO = 30 lbs / 133 N, HI = 40 lbs / 178 N) to perform termination or handling operations. When not in use, store spare blades in the latch-cover compartment at the handle end and use the lanyard holes to tether the accessory as needed.
Use the Greenlee PA4575 with wires within the stated AWG range and avoid applying forces beyond the rated HI value. Keep the latch cover closed when carrying the tool to prevent blade loss, and attach a lanyard when working at height or in confined spaces to reduce the risk of dropping the accessory.
