How to use

Insert the Sonoff MPS01 probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding contact with bone for accurate internal temperature readings. Route the 1.5 m cable to your Sonoff wireless thermometer or receiver and connect according to the device or app instructions. Monitor the real-time temperature via the connected Sonoff app or controller and remove the probe when the target temperature is reached. Allow the probe to cool before cleaning.

Usage recommendations

For reliable results, place the probe tip in the central, thickest part of the meat and avoid touching bones or fat. Clean the stainless steel probe after each use with warm soapy water. Slight yellowing of the metal at higher temperatures (200–300°C) is a normal occurrence and does not affect performance.
