VGA cable Sonstige 3 m — VGA (D-Sub) to VGA (D-Sub), black
The Sonstige 3 m VGA cable provides a wired analog video connection between devices equipped with standard 15-pin VGA (D-Sub) ports. With a 3-metre length and two male VGA connectors, the cable transmits RGB video signals for displays such as monitors, projectors and older laptops or desktop graphics outputs. The black PVC jacket offers basic protection and flexibility for home, office and classroom installations that use VGA technology.
The cable supports a straightforward point-to-point VGA link without the need for adapters when both devices have standard D-Sub connectors. A 3 m length balances reach and signal integrity for typical desk-to-monitor or podium-to-projector arrangements. The simple construction and common connector type ensure broad compatibility with legacy and current VGA-equipped equipment.
Shut down or place the devices in a low-power or standby state before connecting. Insert each VGA connector firmly into the corresponding 15-pin VGA port on the source (PC or laptop) and the display device (monitor or projector). Tighten the connector thumbscrews to secure the connection and reduce the risk of intermittent contact. Power on the display and source, then select the appropriate input on the monitor or projector and set the desired resolution and refresh rate in the source device’s display settings.
For reliable image quality, use this cable at typical VGA resolutions and avoid routing it alongside high-voltage power lines or large electrical equipment that can introduce interference. If longer runs or digital interfaces are required, consider alternative signal solutions such as VGA extenders, HDMI or DisplayPort adapters compatible with your equipment.
