Soudal gun foam 750 ml (model PIA PI 750SU) is a one-component polyurethane construction foam supplied in a pressurized can for use with a foam gun. It is formulated for controlled dispensing and strong adhesion to common building substrates, enabling gap filling, sealing and thermal and acoustic insulation in both indoor and outdoor applications. The product cures to a resilient closed- and open-cell foam that reduces air infiltration and improves energy efficiency around window and door frames, service penetrations and general building joints.

How to use

Shake the can according to manufacturer instructions and attach it to a compatible foam gun. Apply to vertical and horizontal joints from the bottom up, using intermittent application to control expansion. Fill gaps partially to allow room for expansion; avoid overfilling. After application, allow the foam to cure; excess cured foam can be trimmed with a knife and finished as required. Ensure surfaces are clean, dust-free and, where possible, slightly moist to improve adhesion. Follow safety guidance regarding ventilation and protective equipment during use.
