Soudal foam sealant pistol-grade PIA PI 750YL is a one-component polyurethane foam supplied in a 750 ml canister and intended for application with a foam gun. The product is formulated for sealing, filling and bonding tasks around windows, doors, pipe penetrations and installation joints. It provides thermal and acoustic insulation, adheres to common construction substrates and can be trimmed or sanded after full cure to achieve flush finishes.

Advantages

The foam cures to a closed-cell structure that reduces air infiltration and improves thermal resistance. It bonds to materials such as wood, concrete, masonry and many plastics without the need for a separate primer in many typical situations. Delivered in a pistol-grade format, the product enables controlled dispensing, reduced waste and more accurate dosing for joints and voids up to medium width. How to use

Shake the canister before use and attach it to a compatible foam gun according to the gun manufacturer's instructions. Clean and slightly moisten porous substrates for improved adhesion and cure. Apply foam continuously along the joint or cavity, allowing for its expansion; avoid overfilling. After application, excess uncured foam can be removed with a recommended solvent or cleaner. Once fully cured, excess foam can be trimmed and finished to the required level.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves and eye protection. Store the canister upright and protect from frost and direct sunlight.
