Pressure Gauge Sourcing 80 mm, 1/2" BSP Connection, 10 bar
Sourcing analogue pressure gauge with an 80 mm dial and a 1/2" BSP threaded connection, calibrated to a maximum of 10 bar. The instrument is designed to measure and display static and slowly changing pressures in hydraulic, pneumatic and plumbing systems. The clear, graduated dial and a pointer provide straightforward visual feedback for routine pressure checks in installations such as HVAC, water supply and workshop equipment.
The 80 mm face gives good readability at a distance while the analogue pointer delivers immediate indication without power. A standard 1/2" BSP connection ensures compatibility with common fittings and pipework. The gauge is factory-calibrated to 10 bar, providing a defined measuring range for typical industrial and domestic applications. Construction and scale marking are made for practical, repeatable pressure monitoring and maintenance checks.
This analogue gauge is intended for static or slowly changing pressures up to 10 bar and is not suitable for measuring very fast pulsations or transient spikes without additional damping or protection. It is not intended for use with hazardous, corrosive or high-temperature media unless compatible materials and isolation are provided.
Install the gauge into a compatible 1/2" BSP fitting using appropriate sealing (thread tape or joint compound) and ensure the connection is tightened to avoid leaks. Mount the gauge where the dial is visible and protected from mechanical damage and excessive vibration. For systems with pulsation, consider a snubber or liquid-filled case to prolong service life. Read the pressure from the pointer against the graduated scale, and compare to system specifications for normal operating ranges.
For accurate long-term performance mount the gauge in a stable location, avoid direct exposure to mechanical shocks, and follow a periodic inspection routine. If the measured medium is corrosive or contains particulates, install an isolation device or use an appropriate diaphragm seal. Replace or recalibrate the gauge if pointer accuracy drifts or if mechanical damage is observed.
