Thermomanometer Sourcing 1/2" – 6 bar pressure, 0–120°C temperature range
The Sourcing thermomanometer with a 1/2" connection is a combined mechanical instrument designed to display both system pressure and temperature in a single dial. It measures pressure up to 6 bar and temperature in the 0–120°C range, making it suitable for monitoring heating, plumbing and HVAC installations where simultaneous readings simplify diagnostics and routine checks. The unit features a compact design with a clear analogue dial and a threaded 1/2" connection for direct installation on pipes, manifolds or equipment ports.
This thermomanometer integrates pressure gauge and thermometer functions into one device, reducing the need for separate instruments and saving installation space. Its mechanical construction requires no power supply and provides immediate analogue readings. The instrument is engineered for basic robustness and straightforward operation, offering reliable monitoring of system pressure up to 6 bar and temperatures from 0 to 120°C. The 1/2" threaded connection allows easy replacement or retrofit in standard residential and light-commercial systems.
Install the thermomanometer by threading the 1/2" connection into an appropriate port or tee on the system pipe or manifold, using suitable sealing material (PTFE tape or sealant) to ensure a tight joint. Position the dial so it is easily readable. After installation, bring the system to operating conditions and read pressure and temperature directly from the dial. For accurate readings, avoid installing the instrument where air pockets or strong vibrations may affect the display. If the system contains aggressive fluids outside the stated suitability, consult technical guidance before fitting.
Check the instrument periodically for mechanical damage and ensure the connection remains sealed. For routine maintenance, verify readings against a calibrated reference gauge or thermometer. Replace the device if the dial glass is cracked, the pointer sticks, or readings become inconsistent. Avoid exposing the instrument to pressures or temperatures beyond the specified ranges to preserve accuracy and service life.
