How to use

Install a charged 20V battery into the drill and select the appropriate mode (drilling, hammer drilling or screwdriving). Choose the correct gear for the task—use the lower speed for high-torque screwdriving and the higher speed for drilling. Set the clutch to an appropriate torque setting for screwdriving to avoid overdriving fasteners. When hammer drilling, apply steady pressure and allow the tool to do the work. After use, remove the battery and store the tool and accessories in the supplied carrying case.

Usage recommendations

For longer battery life and consistent performance, use both included 4.0 Ah batteries in rotation, keep batteries and the charger at moderate temperatures, and use appropriate drill bits for the material being worked.
