Spectrum PET-G Premium 1.75 mm — PETG, Lime Green, 1 kg is a 1 kg spool of PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) filament designed for FDM/FFF 3D printing. The filament has a 1.75 mm diameter and is supplied on a transparent spool vacuum-packed with a desiccant. PET-G balances the ease of printing found in PLA with improved toughness and chemical resistance similar to ABS, offering low shrinkage, low moisture absorption and strong interlayer adhesion. The lime green colour is suitable for both opaque and semi-transparent parts depending on wall thickness and number of perimeters.

How to use

Load the 1.75 mm Spectrum PET-G Premium filament onto the printer’s filament holder and feed it into the extruder according to your printer’s instructions. Typical print temperatures for PET-G are higher than PLA and may vary by printer and formulation; consult the spool label for the recommended temperature range. Use a heated bed to reduce adhesion issues and set moderate print speeds to ensure good interlayer bonding. Retraction settings should be tuned to minimize stringing while preserving flow. After printing, allow parts to cool on the bed to reduce warping and ensure dimensional stability.

Usage recommendations

Store unopened filament in its vacuum packaging with the included desiccant. Once opened, keep the spool in a sealed bag with desiccant to avoid moisture absorption.
