3D printing filament Spectrum PET-G Premium 1.75 mm — PETG, Green, 1 kg
Spectrum PET-G Premium 1.75 mm in Bottle Green is a PETG filament formulated for FDM/FFF desktop 3D printing. Made from Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol, this 1 kg net-weight spool offers low shrinkage, good layer adhesion and increased chemical resistance compared with many other thermoplastics. The material combines the ease of printing associated with PLA and the toughness of ABS, producing durable parts with stable dimensional and mechanical properties. Transparent and semi-transparent colours in the Spectrum PET-G line show a higher crystalline phase that supports near-transparency with few outer perimeters. Spools are vacuum-packed with a desiccant and labelled with material type, diameter and recommended printing temperatures.
Spectrum PET-G Premium delivers low shrinkage and reduced moisture absorption, which helps maintain dimensional accuracy and minimizes warping during printing. The filament shows strong interlayer adhesion and good creep resistance under constant load, resulting in parts with lower mechanical anisotropy compared to many other FDM materials. Chemical resistance and pellet/pigment formulations approved for food contact (where applicable by post-processing and local regulations) extend the range of practical applications. The product is supplied on a clear spool and vacuum sealed to preserve filament quality.
Install the 1.75 mm Spectrum PET-G Premium filament on your FDM/FFF printer according to the printer manufacturer's feeding instructions. Use a nozzle temperature and print bed settings recommended for PETG on your spool label or in your printer profile; typical nozzle temperatures for PETG range higher than PLA and lower than some ABS grades. Ensure the filament path is dry and the spool can rotate freely. For best layer bonding and dimensional stability, print with moderate cooling, appropriate extrusion multiplier, and optimized first-layer settings to ensure adhesion to the build surface. After printing, allow parts to cool gradually to reduce internal stress.
Store the vacuum-packed spool with desiccant in a dry place until use. If the filament absorbs moisture, dry according to recommended PETG drying procedures before printing. Test and adjust extrusion temperature, print speed and cooling in small calibration prints to achieve the desired surface finish and mechanical performance for Bottle Green PET-G parts.
