3D printing filament Spectrum r-PETG 1.75 mm 1000 g porcelain white
Spectrum r-PETG 1.75 mm porcelain white filament is a recycled PETG material supplied on a 1000 g spool and intended for standard FDM/FFF 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm filament. The filament is formulated to balance good layer adhesion, chemical resistance and dimensional stability, making it suitable for functional prototypes, mechanical parts and everyday consumer items. The porcelain white color provides a neutral, clean finish for visible parts and post-processing options such as sanding or painting.
The recycled PETG composition offers reliable layer bonding and reduced warping compared with some higher-shrinkage materials. Chemical resistance and toughness make the filament appropriate for parts exposed to mild solvents, humidity or mechanical stress. The 1.75 mm diameter and consistent spool winding ensure steady feeding on most desktop FDM/FFF printers, while the 1000 g spool size is convenient for both single prototypes and small production runs.
Load the filament onto a compatible 1.75 mm FDM/FFF printer following the printer manufacturer’s filament loading procedure. Use a medium-temperature printing profile typical for PETG variants; recommended nozzle temperatures commonly range in the medium PETG range (adjust as needed for your machine and part geometry). A heated bed and moderate bed adhesion aid are recommended to reduce first-layer issues. Print speeds and cooling should be tuned to part size and complexity to ensure optimal layer bonding and surface finish.
For best results, calibrate extrusion multiplier and retraction settings before printing critical parts. Use moderate bed temperatures and ensure good first-layer adhesion; post-process with light sanding or painting if a smoother or colored finish is required. Store the filament in a dry environment or sealed container with desiccant to preserve printability.
