How to use

Load the Spectrum Premium PCTG filament onto a compatible FDM/FFF printer and set nozzle and bed temperatures according to your printer and nozzle size (refer to printer-specific guidelines). Use a moderate print speed; the filament supports speeds up to 200 mm/s depending on printer capability. A heated build chamber is not required, but a heated bed improves adhesion. Calibrate extrusion and retraction settings to reduce stringing and optimize surface quality. Allow printed parts to cool gradually to maintain dimensional accuracy.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use a heated bed with an appropriate adhesion surface (PEI sheet, glue stick or blue tape), enable controlled cooling for layered strength, and perform test prints to fine-tune temperature and retraction. Store the filament in a dry place or vacuum-sealed container with desiccant to preserve print quality.
