Spectrum Premium PET-G 1.75 mm 1 kg filament — Anthracite Grey
Spectrum Premium PET-G 1.75 mm 1 kg filament in Anthracite Grey is a PETG material formulated for FDM/FFF 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm filament. The filament is supplied on a 1,000 g spool and is engineered to deliver strong layer adhesion, good dimensional stability and reduced warping compared with standard PLA, making it suitable for functional parts, housings and components that require impact resistance and reliable mechanical performance.
This PET-G filament combines ease of printing with mechanical robustness: it offers strong interlayer bonding, good toughness and low shrinkage during cooling. The anthracite grey color provides a neutral, professional finish for prototypes and end-use parts. The filament is suitable for a wide range of extrusion temperatures and prints cleanly on most heated beds when recommended settings are used.
Load the filament onto a compatible 1.75 mm extruder and purge the hotend at the lower end of the recommended temperature range before printing. Use a heated bed to improve first-layer adhesion; typical bed temperatures for PET-G are between 60–80 °C. Print at moderate speeds to maintain good layer bonding and a consistent extrusion flow. Allow printed parts to cool gradually to reduce internal stresses and achieve better dimensional stability.
For best results, start printing at 240 °C and a bed temperature of 70 °C, adjust flow and retraction settings to reduce stringing, and use a brim or adhesive if necessary to secure the first layer. Store the filament in a dry environment or sealed container with desiccant to prevent moisture uptake that can affect print quality.
