3D printer filament Spectrum PET-G 1.75 mm, Premium, 1 kg, beige
Spectrum Premium PET-G filament in beige is a 1.75 mm FDM printing material provided on a 1 kg spool. Designed to offer a balance between mechanical strength, chemical resistance and dimensional stability, this PETG filament is suitable for printing functional prototypes, mechanical components and finished objects that require increased toughness and low warping compared with PLA. The filament is formulated for reliable feeding and consistent extrusion on most desktop 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm filament.
Spectrum PET-G combines impact resistance and moderate flexibility with good layer adhesion, producing durable prints with smooth surfaces. The material resists common chemicals and moisture better than PLA while printing at lower temperatures and with less odor than ABS. Uniform diameter and consistent winding reduce print failures and support stable extrusion, making the filament suitable for longer prints and parts with fine detail.
Load the 1.75 mm Spectrum PET-G filament into a compatible extruder according to your printer manufacturer's instructions. Set the nozzle temperature within the recommended 230–260 °C range and adjust print speed, retraction and cooling according to part geometry and printer capabilities. Use a heated bed to improve adhesion and reduce warping; bed temperatures around 60–80 °C are commonly effective for PET-G. Ensure the first layer is calibrated for consistent extrusion and good bed contact.
For best results, print with moderate cooling, avoid excessive retraction to reduce stringing, and use a clean, level build surface or suitable adhesion aid. Store the spare filament in a dry, sealed container with desiccant to maintain printability over time.
