3D printer filament Spectrum Premium PET-G 1.75 mm SIGNAL YELLOW 1 kg
Spectrum Premium PET-G 1.75 mm filament in SIGNAL YELLOW is a 1 kg spool of PET-G material formulated for reliable 3D printing with printers that accept 1.75 mm filament. PET-G combines good mechanical strength, chemical resistance and improved layer adhesion compared with standard PLA, making it suitable for functional parts, mechanical prototypes and finished consumer items where durability and surface quality are required. The filament is supplied on a 1,000 g spool and is intended for use with print temperatures typical for PET-G to achieve dimensional accuracy and consistent extrusion.
Spectrum Premium PET-G offers a balance of toughness and printability: it provides higher impact resistance than brittle materials, resists many common chemicals and produces smooth, glossy surfaces with reduced risk of layer separation. The SIGNAL YELLOW color is stable across prints, enabling consistent color matching for visible parts or assembled components. The filament diameter of 1.75 mm and quality control during manufacture support steady extrusion and fewer flow interruptions when compatible printer settings are used.
Load the 1.75 mm filament onto a compatible extruder and follow your printer manufacturer's filament loading procedure. Set the hotend temperature within the recommended PET-G range of 230–260 °C and use a heated bed if available; initial bed temperatures in the range of 60–80 °C are common for PET-G. Calibrate extrusion multiplier and retraction settings to minimize stringing while maintaining consistent flow. Print at moderate speeds and allow adequate cooling control to preserve layer bonding and surface quality. Store the spool in a dry environment or sealed container with desiccant when not in use to reduce moisture uptake.
For best results with Spectrum Premium PET-G, use a direct or well-calibrated Bowden extruder, tune retraction to reduce stringing, print on a clean build surface or apply an appropriate adhesive aid, and perform a small test print to fine-tune temperature and speed before long production runs.
