Spectrum Filaments TF-24016 PETG White is a 1 kg spool of 1.75 mm Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG) filament for FDM 3D printing. The Snow White colour and consistent diameter make it suitable for printing parts that require good surface finish and reliable mechanical properties. The filament is intended for use with standard 1.75 mm extruders and is compatible with a wide range of hobbyist and professional 3D printers.
TF-24016 PETG offers strong layer adhesion, good impact resistance and dimensional stability. The material prints with easy extrusion and low warping compared with some other thermoplastics, producing durable parts with a smooth white appearance. Its consistent filament diameter and spool weight help ensure predictable printing results.
Load the 1.75 mm PETG filament into a compatible FDM 3D printer following the printer manufacturer's filament loading procedure. Use recommended print settings for PETG (typical nozzle temperature range 230–250 °C and bed temperature 60–80 °C depending on your printer and part geometry), apply appropriate bed adhesion (PEI sheet, glue stick or blue tape as preferred), and print with moderate cooling. Adjust retraction and print speed to minimise stringing and achieve the desired surface quality.
Store the filament in a dry place or sealed container with desiccant to prevent moisture uptake. Test and fine-tune print settings on small calibration prints before producing final parts.
