3D printer filament Spectrum TIFSCF165 1.75 mm PETG 1 kg Sorbet Yellow
3D printer filament Spectrum TIFSCF165 1.75 mm PETG 1 kg Sorbet Yellow
Spectrum TIFSCF165 1.75 mm PETG filament in Sorbet Yellow is a 1 kg spool designed for FDM/FFF 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm filament. PETG combines strength and good layer adhesion with chemical resistance and moderate flexibility, making it suitable for functional prototypes, mechanical parts and decorative objects where durability and a bright yellow color are required. The filament is supplied on a standard spool and is intended for desktop and workshop 3D printing applications that operate within the PETG temperature range.
The filament provides reliable extrusion and consistent diameter for predictable print quality. PETG's balance of tensile strength and slight flexibility reduces brittleness compared with rigid materials while offering improved chemical and moisture resistance relative to PLA. Good interlayer adhesion helps produce durable parts with fewer delamination issues. The Sorbet Yellow color offers high visibility and consistent coloration across prints.
Load the filament into a compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer configured for 1.75 mm filament. Set the nozzle temperature within the recommended range of 230–250°C and adjust bed temperature and cooling according to your printer and model; many users start with a heated bed around 60–80°C and moderate part cooling. Calibrate extrusion multiplier and retraction settings to reduce stringing and ensure dimensional accuracy. Monitor the first layer for adhesion and adjust bed leveling or initial layer height as needed.
Store the filament in a dry environment or sealed container with desiccant to prevent moisture uptake. For best results, perform small test prints when changing printers or slicer profiles, and adjust print speed and cooling to balance surface finish and mechanical strength. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve color and material properties.
