How to use

Place the roller under the target muscle and use your body weight to roll slowly back and forth, pausing on tender spots for 20–60 seconds to release tension. Adjust the amount of body weight and rolling duration according to comfort and the sensitivity of the area. For balance or core exercises, position the roller under the spine or ankles and perform controlled movements while maintaining stability.
