How to use

Assemble weights by sliding plates onto the dumbbell bar sleeves and secure them with the threaded PP clamps. Place the largest plates closest to the bar sleeves and the smallest plates last. Always balance equal weight on both ends of each dumbbell. To form a long bar, attach the connector to both dumbbell ends until the foam sleeve covers the joining section and is secured.

Usage recommendations
