How to use

Assemble weights by sliding plates onto the dumbbell sleeves and secure them with the threaded PP clamps and nuts. Place the largest and heaviest plates closest to the handle first, adding smaller plates last. Ensure equal total weight on both ends of each dumbbell. To form a barbell, attach the foam-covered connector between the two dumbbell ends and secure as required.
