Plate diameters, thicknesses and the dumbbell's dimensions are provided to help plan home strength training and storage.

How to use

Install plates onto the dumbbell sleeve in order from largest and heaviest to smallest and lightest, placing equal weight on both ends. Secure each side with the threaded PP clamps by tightening the nut until the plates are stable. To form a barbell, attach the foam-covered connector between two assembled dumbbells and slide the connector over the dumbbell ends; the foam provides a comfortable grip for two-handed exercises.

Usage recommendations

Clean the equipment with a damp cloth and wipe dry; do not use detergents. Always load plates symmetrically on both sides and start with heavier plates closest to the dumbbell before adding lighter plates. Use the connector only when clamps and plates are securely fastened.
