Total weight 29 kg: 8×2.5 kg, 4×1.25 kg, 4×1 kg plates. Set contains two dumbbells (47 cm), threaded clamps (with/without nuts), a 40 cm foam connector to form a barbell, two kettlebell handles and two bases. Non-slip handles, plate diameters and inner sleeve 2.2–2.6 cm. Use for strength, circuit and multi-variant workouts; plates are modular for easy weight adjustment.
