How to use

Place the roller on a flat surface and position the target muscle group on top of the roller. Use controlled movements to roll slowly over the muscle, pausing on tender spots for 20–60 seconds to allow tissue release. For larger muscle groups such as the calves, hamstrings and glutes, apply more body weight and longer rolling. For sensitive areas like the lower back, use lighter pressure by supporting part of your weight with your hands or feet. Remove or reinsert internal inserts only when the roller is not under load and ensure the core is properly seated before use.

Usage recommendations
