Set of three Springos resistance bands (Actiget® series) designed for bodyweight and strength training. How to use

Place the loop band around the legs, ankles, or wrists depending on the chosen exercise. For glute and leg activation, position the band above the knees or around the thighs and perform squats, lateral walks, glute bridges or hip thrusts. For upper-body or mobility work, use a smaller band placement around the wrists or forearms to add light resistance to shoulder and scapular movements. Select the band size that matches your strength level: use S for lighter activation, M for moderate load, and L for heavier resistance. Combine bands or perform more repetitions to increase training stimulus.

Usage recommendations

Inspect bands before each use for signs of wear or damage. Start exercises with controlled movement and gradually increase load or repetitions. Store bands in the drawstring case away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prolong the life of the latex core.
