The Pull-up bar 80–130 cm ACT0166 by Actiget® is a universal adjustable doorway bar designed for bodyweight training at home. Constructed from steel with NBR foam grips, the bar extends from 82 to 130 cm to fit a range of door frames and offers multiple hand positions for varied exercises. The set includes the bar, two rubber washers and two screws for secure installation, and the frame allows fitting of additional safety features if required. The product is finished in black and carries the Actiget® logo.

How to use

Adjust the bar to the required total length within the 82–130 cm range and position it in the door frame or between sturdy vertical supports. Use the supplied rubber washers and screws to secure the bar where applicable, following the door frame manufacturer’s guidelines for load-bearing fixtures. Choose the preferred hand position among the three available grips and ensure the foam handles are clean and dry before use. Test the installation with gradual bodyweight pressure before performing full-intensity exercises.

Usage recommendations
