How to use

Set the pull-up bar to the required total length by extending or retracting the telescopic profile until it fits snugly between the two sides of the doorframe. Place the two supplied pressure elements against the frame and position the bar so that it sits securely. For temporary, non-drilling use, increase tension until the bar is stable and test with bodyweight gently before performing full repetitions. For a more permanent and secure installation, use the two mounting holes to attach the bar with appropriate fasteners and, if desired, screw additional safety fittings into the frame according to the doorframe structure and material.
