How to use

Select the desired weight by adding the appropriate combination of discs to each short rod, slide them onto the rod and secure the load with the rod clamps. Ensure discs are seated evenly on both sides of the rod and clamps are tightened before starting the exercise. Use controlled movements and maintain proper form during curls, presses, rows and other strength exercises.
