How to use

Assemble the chair following the included instructions and secure the five-arm polymer base and wheels. Attach the seat and backrest, fasten the headrest and lumbar cushion using the rubber straps and plastic fasteners, and zip the cushion cover closed. Adjust the seat height with the gas lift to obtain a comfortable working position with feet flat on the floor and knees at approximately 90°. Use the rocking function as needed for short movement breaks; lock the mechanism if a fixed position is preferred.

Usage recommendations
