How to use

Select the adjustable wrench size appropriate for the fastener and open the jaw by turning the adjustment nut until the jaw clearance slightly exceeds the fastener width. Position the wrench so the fixed jaw bears on the side of the fastener that will be loaded, tighten the adjustment nut until the jaws make firm contact with the fastener, and apply turning force steadily. After use, back off the adjustment nut to reduce tension on the mechanism and store the tool in a dry place to preserve the chrome finish.

Usage recommendations

Do not use the adjustable wrench as a hammer or pry bar. Match the wrench length to the task to ensure adequate leverage and control; larger sizes provide more torque for stubborn fasteners.
