Screwdriver bit STANLEY STA61181 PZ2 Pozidriv 50 mm hexagonal shank
Screwdriver bit STANLEY STA61181 PZ2 Pozidriv 50 mm hexagonal shank
Single STANLEY STA61181 screwdriver bit with a Pozidriv PZ2 tip, 50 mm working length and a 1/4" hexagonal shank. This bit is manufactured for use with Pozidriv fasteners and is compatible with bit holders, interchangeable chucks and power drivers that accept standard 1/4" hex bits. It is designed to provide a precise fit and efficient torque transfer for assembly, maintenance and repair tasks.
The STANLEY STA61181 PZ2 bit delivers a consistent Pozidriv interface that reduces cam-out and wear when used in appropriate fasteners. Its 50 mm length offers reach for recessed screws while retaining control in tighter spaces. The hardened tip and hex shank ensure stable seating in bit holders and power drivers, supporting reliable torque transmission and repeatable performance during repetitive work.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank of the STANLEY STA61181 bit into a compatible bit holder, chuck or power driver until it seats securely. Align the Pozidriv PZ2 tip with the matching Pozidriv screw head, apply steady axial pressure and operate the driver at a controlled speed to engage the fastener. For manual driving, use a ratcheting or standard bit holder to maintain torque control. Remove the bit by withdrawing it from the holder when the task is complete.
Use the bit only with screws that have a Pozidriv recess to ensure proper engagement and to minimize cam-out. Avoid excessive side loading and high-speed operation without controlled pressure to extend bit life. Inspect the tip for wear before use and replace if rounding or damage is visible.
