Screwdriver Bits STANLEY STA62043 PZ1, PZ2, PZ3 25 mm 3 pcs
STANLEY Screwdriver Bits STA62043 set contains three 25 mm Pozidriv bits (PZ1, PZ2, PZ3) designed for use with 1/4" hex bit holders, manual screwdrivers and compatible power drivers. The compact set covers common Pozidriv sizes used in assembly and repair, offering a straightforward solution for fastening tasks that require Pozidriv heads. Each bit is 25 mm long, providing a balance between reach and control for working in confined or standard spaces.
The bits are manufactured to fit Pozidriv fasteners precisely, reducing cam-out and improving torque transfer compared with mismatched tips. Their 1/4" hex shank ensures compatibility with a wide range of bit holders and cordless drivers. The 25 mm length offers good access while retaining stability in the driver chuck. Being a compact 3-piece set, it is convenient to store and transport for DIY, professional maintenance or on-site service tasks.
Select the Pozidriv bit matching the screw head size (PZ1, PZ2 or PZ3) and insert the 1/4" hex shank into the bit holder or driver chuck until it locks. Apply steady pressure and operate the driver at an appropriate torque setting for the screw and material to avoid stripping. For manual use, ensure the bit is seated fully in the screw recess and turn with controlled force. After use, wipe bits clean and return them to storage to maintain condition.
Use the PZ1 for small screws and light fixtures, PZ2 for most general-purpose Pozidriv screws, and PZ3 for larger fasteners. Match the bit size to the screw to reduce wear. When using power drivers, start at low speed and moderate torque, and increase only as needed to prevent damage to screws or work surfaces.
