Carbon copy paper Staples A4 black 50 sheets provides a simple, reliable way to produce instant duplicate documents. Each sheet is coated for black transfer and is designed to be placed between an original and a copy sheet to create a clear secondary impression. The A4 format fits standard forms and documents, and the 50-sheet pack offers a compact supply for office, retail or field use. This carbon paper works with manual handwriting and traditional typewriters, making it a practical choice where electronic duplication is not available or when a physical copy is required immediately.
Advantages
This Staples carbon copy paper produces consistent, legible black impressions without additional inks or toner. The A4 size aligns with common document formats, reducing trimming or adjustment. Sheets are thin and flexible for easy placement between pages and removal after use, while a 50-sheet pack provides multiple uses in a portable quantity. Suitable for both handwriting and typewritten input, the product supports quick creation of invoices, receipts, delivery notes and handwritten records.

- Transfer color: black
- Sheet count per pack: 50 sheets
- Compatible with manual writing and typewriters
- Single-use transfer sheets designed for one-time impression
How to use
Place a carbon sheet with the coated side facing the receiving copy sheet and position it directly beneath the original document. Write or type on the original with normal pressure; the coating transfers the markings onto the sheet below to produce a clear duplicate. After completing the entry, carefully remove the carbon sheet to reveal the copied impression. Discard used sheets and replace with a fresh sheet for subsequent copies.
Usage recommendations
For best results, ensure the coated side faces the copy sheet, apply steady pressure when writing or typing, and avoid folding or creasing the carbon sheet during use. Store sheets flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to maintain transfer quality.
